The Firehouse Arts Center is excited to feature the work of Zina Kassab on the Nancy Thompson Memorial Wall (2F) from September 12 – October 24, 2026. A collection of approximately 15 tranquil watercolors, come meet the artist on Saturday, September 19th from 1 – 3pm! Kassab is also an art instructor at the Firehouse Arts Center, teaching both adult and youth courses on acrylic painting, sketching, and watercolors. Zina Kassab developed a passion for art at an early age while painting alongside her father, a respected oil and watercolor artist who served as her first instructor. She holds a B.A. in Print Design from the Academy of Art and an additional certificate in graphic design. A Tri-Valley resident for more than 30 years, Kassab has taught art for the City of Pleasanton and the Town of Danville for over a decade. She is committed to providing high‑quality instruction to students of all ages and experience levels. Kassab primarily works in watercolor, acrylic, and sketching. Her artwork has been exhibited at the Museum on Main, the John Muir Hospital Gallery, and the Harrington Gallery at the Firehouse Arts Center.
