The gallery hours are Thursdays and Fridays and Saturdays 12-5pm and the gallery is free and open to the public.
Current exhibit is “America in Art: 250 Years of Shared Creativity” on display through July 26, 2026. In time for the semi-quincentennial on July 4th of this year, the exhibit invites artists to explore and interpret the people, landscapes, traditions, history, and cultural moments that shape the American experience. Viewers will discover works inspired by regional life, community traditions, historic milestones, evolving social movements, industry and innovation, popular culture, and everyday scenes that capture a sense of place and time. Free and open to the public, the art in this show includes both nostalgic and contemporary perspectives, with artists sharing personal, cultural, and community stories that reflect the nation’s diversity and complexity. Experience this timely exhibit before and after the July 4th season in person at the UNCLE Credit Union Art Gallery at the Bankhead Theater in Downtown Livermore, Thursdays through Saturdays, 12 pm—5 pm.
