Enjoy over 95 pieces of floral artworks as part of Flora in Focus, a flower-inspired art show put together by a group of thirteen local floral artists at the Harrington Gallery of the Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton from January 10 to March 7. Now in its third consecutive year at the Harrington Gallery, this exhibition showcases artwork in a wide range of media, including watercolor, acrylic, oil, gouache, colored pencil, glass, mixed media, ink and color, and East Asian brush painting techniques. One of the highlights of this exhibition is a portrait featuring all thirteen participating artists, painted by Tuan Karsevar.
You're invited to a fun reception on Saturday, January 31 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Enjoy refreshments, floral arrangements by the Kiraku Ikebana Collective (Cindy Ting and her students), & enter to win unique raffle prizes at the reception!
